We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team in Lehi. The PM will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality digital experiences on Adobe Target. Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and business teams to meet customer needs and business goals.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to define and deliver the next generation of Adobe Target capabilities. You'll join the Optimization & Personalization Product Management team, which is focused on building AI-powered experimentation and personalization workflows that integrate seamlessly with Adobe Experience Platform and emerging agentic AI solutions. Your work will accelerate customer experience optimization for thousands of global brands.

What You'll Do
  • Competitive and Market Analysis
    Research industry trends in experimentation, personalization, and technology-based optimization to inform roadmap priorities and maintain Adobe's leadership position.

  • Build product
    Partner with cross-functional teams to build prototypes and share a roadmap that advances capabilities in areas like agentic AI, experimentation and real-time personalization.

  • Translate Customer Needs into Requirements
    Define detailed requirements based on deep understanding of customer jobs-to-be-done, focusing on workflows for experimentation, personalization, and data-supported decision making.

  • Collaborate Across Adobe Ecosystem
    Work closely with other product managers, architects, and engineering leaders to deliver integrated solutions across Adobe Experience Platform, including AJO, AEM, CDP and CJA.

  • Drive Adoption and Continuous Improvement
    Engage with early adopters, iterate quickly, and champion new capabilities to accelerate customer success and platform adoption.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 1-3 of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software

Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Interest in / experience with experimentation frameworks, personalization strategies, and AI/ML concepts.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration patterns.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across engineering, design, and business teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven attitude.

Preferred

  • Experience with AI products. A portfolio of projects built using AI.

  • Knowledge of experimentation and agentic AI concepts.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $87,800 -- $169,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
