Description The Mortgage Business System Analyst serves as the primary liaison between Retail Mortgage Lending, Operations, Compliance, and Empower Administration. Responsible for Business Requirements Developments, Empower release planning, testing, compliant documentation, training updates related to release impacts and or process changes, and workflow optimization. SEEKS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES Mortgage System Business Analyst, should have 3-5 years mortgage lending or LOS experience. Strong understanding of retail mortgage workflows. Experience with BRDs and performing user acceptance testing. Excellent communication skills are imperative. Preferred experience with Empower, Encompass, or Mortgagebot. Some travel may be required. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred. A proven knowledge of retail and mortgage lending is required. A background screening will be conducted.
This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas and attend seminars or training sessions offsite.
