Description

LaForce, a leading distributor of commercial door products, is excited to offer an opportunity for an Installation Project Manager to join our growing team in Green Bay, WI! In this dynamic role, you'll oversee the installation of aftermarket projects, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination to exceed customer expectations and drive team success.

What You'll Do



  • Oversee installations at various job sites, coordinating installers and subcontractors to maximize efficiency and address customer needs.
  • Manage in-house pre-installation and delivery, ensuring smooth coordination and problem-solving with customers.
  • Maintain strong customer relations, responding promptly to calls and emails within one business day.
  • Utilize phone and computer systems to manage and share information.
  • Serve as a technical advisor for installers, salespeople, and schedulers.
  • Prioritize tasks and coordinate with management on labor and overtime needs.
  • Proactively schedule installers 3-5 days in advance with necessary paperwork.
  • Prepare and manage internal paperwork, including updating sales orders and the installation schedule.



What You'll Bring

A bachelor's degree is preferred, though candidates with five or more years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Additionally, 5+ years of military experience will be considered as a substitute for relevant Project Management experience. Strong verbal, written, and computer skills are required as well as organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
