Plant Manager - Ag Land FS - Hanna City, ILCOMPANY: Ag-Land FS, Inc HIRING MANAGER: Eric Long LOCATION: Hanna City, IL PAY RANGE: $60,000 - $100,000 PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT: Under the direction of the Operations Manager, oversee day to day operations of the facility to maximize customer satisfaction, emphasize employee safety and maximize location profitability. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinates distribution, warehousing, and purchasing in accordance with established principles and procedures REQUIREMENTS: * Previous experience (3 - 5 years) in retail agronomy operations
