ABOUT THE ROLE The Assistant Plant Manager supports the daily operations of the precast manufacturing facility with a focus on total Precast operations. This role assists in coordinating manufacturing activities, ensuring production quality, scheduling to meet the needs of customers, and safety compliance. The Assistant Plant Manager acts as a key liaison between departments, helps enforce standards, and drives continuous improvement in plant performance and workforce development.
