As Human Resources Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our culture, strengthening our talent pipeline, and partnering with leaders to drive business results across our Advanced Dispersions and Specialty Coatings business within the Color, Additives & Inks segment.

This is a hands-on role for an HR leader who thrives in manufacturing environments, enjoys influencing leaders, and is energized by talent development and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders and the HR Director to deliver HR strategies aligned to business goals
  • Lead HR execution across four manufacturing locations: North Baltimore, OH; LaPorte, IN; MassillonHardwick, OH; and St. Louis, MO
  • Drive talent strategies including workforce planning, org design, succession planning, and development
  • Support recruiting strategy to attract and retain high-performing talent
  • Lead employee relations, performance management, and development initiatives
  • Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and ethical standards
  • Use HR metrics and insights (turnover, engagement, performance) to inform decisions and improvement
  • Champion a safe, inclusive, and highaccountability work environment
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding complex people and organizational decisions
  • Lead and support change initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and performance management
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and operate strategically while executing tactically
  • Business acumen with a track record of aligning HR priorities to operational and financial outcomes
  • Experience using HR data and metrics to drive decisions
  • HR certification (SHRMCP/SCP) a plus
