Position Summary
The Post-doctoral scholar is responsible for contributing technical expertise to ongoing and new RENCI projects in data science. The scholar will also help develop and manage RENCI research projects. The position will require working with internal and external project stakeholders for large multi-disciplinary and multi-institutional projects. Additionally, the individual is expected to assist in developing research proposals to federal agencies, foundations, and state and local governments that support research at the convergence of domain sciences and data science, as well as publishing technical and scientific articles.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Ph.D. required, preferably in a STEM discipline such as computer science, physical science, mathematics, statistics and data science, or a related field.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Experience with Knowledge Graphs, Augmented Development, Kubernetes deployment, biomedical reasoning.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
