Aquent Studios is hiring a Social Channel Manager to join our team! Our client, a leading global technology corporation focused on empowering every person and organization to achieve more! This role is responsible for defining and operationalizing a scalable, enterprise-wide social channel strategy that directly supports business objectives. This role ensures content effectiveness across platforms by establishing best practices, driving performance through data, and optimizing channel strategies globally.
You will act as the central authority on social channel performance-translating insights into actionable guidance, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring social investments deliver measurable impact. *You must be located in Pacific time to be considered for this opportunity* Key Responsibilities
* Enterprise social strategy, developing and maintaining a unified social channel strategy aligned to business goals, brand priorities, and audience needs and establishing scalable frameworks to guide regional and cross-functional teams.
* Global channel best practices defining and evolve platform-specific best practices across channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook) and standardizing content approaches, publishing models, and engagement strategies globally.
* Content & channel performance analysis for content and channel performance to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities to translate insights into clear recommendations for optimization.
* Define, track, and refine KPIs and benchmarks (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI, share of voice, etc.) and establish performance baselines and success metrics across channels.
* Lead ongoing performance monitoring and optimization strategies.
* Partner with teams to test, learn, and scale high-performing content and approaches.
* Evaluate and optimize social analytics and content management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Google Analytics).
* Ensure consistent measurement methodologies and reporting standards are used.
* Build and maintain relationships with key social platforms to stay ahead of algorithm changes, feature releases, and opportunities.
* Leverage platform insights to inform strategy and innovation.
* Manage relationships with creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors and develop and optimize partnership frameworks, performance tracking, and activation strategies
* Deliver timely reporting on social performance, campaign effectiveness, and real-time conversations.
* Provide executive-ready insights and recommendations. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, channel strategy, or digital marketing roles
* Proven experience managing multi-channel social strategies at scale Core Competencies
* Social & Content Expertise - Deep understanding of major social platforms, including algorithms, formats, audience behaviors, and emerging trends
* Strategic Thinking & Execution - Ability to translate business objectives into actionable, scalable social strategies

* Communication & Influence - Clear, persuasive communicator capable of aligning stakeholders and presenting insights at all levels
