What You'll Do:
  • Assemble electronic and mechanical components, including cable harnesses, subassemblies, and full systems
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions to complete builds accurately
  • Perform soldering, crimping, wiring, and component installation using advanced assembly techniques
  • Conduct electrical testing, inspections, and troubleshooting, including continuity and short verification
  • Complete rework, refurbishment, and documentation using ERP/work order systems
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or electronics assembly
  • 4+ years of experience reading schematics, drawings, and technical work instructions
  • 2+ years of experience using test equipment, soldering, and cable assembly techniques
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience with J-STD-001 soldering standards
  • Background in cable assembly or similar technical field
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives or applying innovative solutions
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment requiring focus and precision
  • Regular use of manufacturing tools, test equipment, and computer systems required
