Working at the entry/journey level, the incumbent will assist with multiple concurrent research studies, ensuring adherence to established protocols, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating study activities and logistics; collecting, preparing, and managing clinical and research data; maintaining databases and datasets; and generating reports, visualizations, and summaries of study findings. The role involves overseeing data and specimen management, ensuring data quality and integrity, and implementing routine quality control procedures. The Junior Specialist will assist with regulatory and compliance processes, including preparation and maintenance of protocol documentation, submissions, renewals, and modifications through institutional systems, while supporting adherence to IRB and other regulatory guidelines. Additional duties include contributing to protocol development, supporting audits and study reviews, and facilitating communication across departments and research teams. The position may also involve assisting with data analysis, experiment planning, manuscript preparation, and general research administration. Collaboration with investigators, research staff, and administrative teams is essential to support efficient study operations and successful project outcomes. Required Qualifications:
