This position includes a Bonus of $15,000 and a Relocation Incentive of $3,000 to eligible new hires. It is a Full time, benefited Lead IR Tech role at our magnet recognized La Jolla Memorial hospital. The shift is 10 hours with the ability to take week night and weekend call shifts. Responsible for providing age specific care, education and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team. Adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements; participates in QC and Pl activities; maintains own clinical competency and mandatory requirements. Functions as liaison between state and federal agencies for licensure, certification, and QA requirements for the entire Interventional Radiology department. Maintains all records as needed to verify that regulations are being maintained at all times. Responsible for charge reconciliation audits for procedures performed in IR department.
