Essential Job Duties
This role will provide temporary administrative and programmatic support, with a focus on scheduling, event coordination, and logistical support for workshops, visitors, and program activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Executive Director's calendars and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate logistics for summer workshops and events (including the CAPs CCI Phase II workshop
  • Schedule and manage Woodson Hall tours (only for May-July)
  • Order, track, and coordinate catering for meetings and events
  • Support visitor logistics (travel coordination, itineraries, lodging, meeting schedules)
  • Assist with event materials preparation and day-of execution
  • Provide general administrative support (email coordination, documentation, task tracking)
