This role will provide temporary administrative and programmatic support, with a focus on scheduling, event coordination, and logistical support for workshops, visitors, and program activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive Director's calendars and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics for summer workshops and events (including the CAPs CCI Phase II workshop
- Schedule and manage Woodson Hall tours (only for May-July)
- Order, track, and coordinate catering for meetings and events
- Support visitor logistics (travel coordination, itineraries, lodging, meeting schedules)
- Assist with event materials preparation and day-of execution
- Provide general administrative support (email coordination, documentation, task tracking)
