Overview

Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategic and tactical management of assigned product lines across the full product lifecycle, from concept development through com-mercialization and ongoing market support. Working at the intersection of strategic marketing and commercial execution, this role partners cross functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to align product strategy with company objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities, while supporting growth and long term portfolio success.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead global launch readiness for new products, including gotomarket strategy, launch planning, commercial tools, and sales readiness.
  • Define and own prelaunch commercial frameworks, including market segmentation, targeting, value propositions, and pricing strategy.
  • Develop and maintain customerfocused value messaging, incorporating clinical, economic, and operational benefits for key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Research & Development and Regulatory Affairs to align commercial plans with development progress and regulatory milestones.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics and market trends to inform positioning, differentiation, and response strategies.
  • Lead structured Voice of Customer (VOC) research to inform innovation, lifecycle management, and portfolio expansion decisions.
  • Translate customer and market insights into product requirements, evidence needs, and strategic recommendations in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
  • Engage clinical, medical, or advisory partners to support evidence generation, insight gathering, and value communication.
  • Contribute to nextgeneration product concepts and longterm product roadmaps.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer environments and workflows relevant to assigned product areas.
  • Develop and execute annual and longrange marketing plans, including market analysis and growth initiatives.
  • Enable and support global commercial teams through training, communication, and strategic guidance.
  • Oversee development of sales enablement resources, including training materials, competitive tools, pricing guidance, and digital assets.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product performance, launches, and market conditions.
  • Mentor and develop junior product management talent as organizational needs evolve.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience for the position:

  • Bachelor's degree (science, business or medical technology) or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimun of Eight (8) years previous product management experience within the healthcare industry preferred; knowledge of Company product lines highly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity of hospital clinical workflows required; clinical background in a relevant discipline strongly preferred, with the ability to engage credibly with clinical stakeholders.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting products across the full lifecycle, including development, launch, and commercialization.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical, clinical, or scientific concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse customer and stakeholder audiences.
  • Proven capability to design and apply structured Voice of Customer and market research to inform product strategy, requirements, and gotomarket decisions.
  • Experience contributing to upstream product strategy, including concept development, innovation initiatives, and product roadmaps.
  • Solid business acumen, including understanding of pricing, forecasting, growth planning, and portfolio tradeoffs.
  • Strong leadership capability, including mentoring others and leading crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with comfort communicating at team, customer, and seniorleader levels.
  • Highly organized, selfmotivated, and adaptable.
  • Computer literacy required; knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with large enterpri-se resource planning (ERP) system preferred.

Travel requirements:

  • Approximately 25% of the time.
