This job will be part of the Keysight Technology Organization, which helps Keysight be first to market, focusing on top opportunities and market trends that address unmet needs. As an IC Test Engineer, you will be joining a dedicated team of visionaries to innovate and deliver the next generation of high frequency, state-of-the-art on-wafer test solutions needed to characterize and screen Keysight's internally designed state-of-the-art ICs that enable breakthrough performance in Keysight's instruments. Keysight fosters a collaborative engineering environment which emphasizes teamwork, enthusiasm, and excellence in creating high performance solutions. As a key contributor in a diverse team, you will support the characterization, validation, and production readiness of Keysight's advanced RF and mixed-signal integrated circuits and modules. This role spans both detailed characterization and high-mix screening, requiring a balance between analysis and efficient, repeatable test execution. You will primarily craft on-wafer microwave and millimeter-wave measurement solutions, combining hands-on instrumentation work with development of automated test and data analysis tools to improve accuracy, repeatability, and overall test efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with RF instrumentation and developing software to automate measurements, process data, and support analysis. In this role, you will collaborate with design, validation, and manufacturing teams to translate test requirements into practical, scalable solutions for both development and production environments.
