Summary:

• The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, provides patient treatment and therapy by following an established plan of care directed and supervised by an OTR/L. Responsible for mentoring Assistants, Technicians, and Students. Collaborates with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver the highest quality of care. Participates in CQI activities. Facilitates the provision of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides patienttherapy and treatment.

   4. • Mentors students and other rehab services personnel as assigned.

• • Associate Degree from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.

• LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION
• • Current NC Board of Occupational Therapy license. Occupational Therapist Assistant license or eligible.
