Technical Training Operations Coordinator

Location: On-site in Pryor, OK

W2 Only

Mission: To execute the logistics, data administration, and reporting necessary to ensure a 100% qualified technical workforce.


Core Responsibilities
1. Metrics & Health Reporting


  • Data Visualization: Maintain site-level "heat-maps" to identify qualification gaps across shifts and teams.



  • Reporting Cadence: Execute the weekly generation of Technical Qualification Plan (TQP) health metrics for local leadership.



  • Validation: Ensure the accuracy of local training data, serving as the "Single Source of Truth" for site qualification status.




2. LMS & Data Administration


  • System Custodian: Act as the Local Liaison for the Learning Management System (LMS).



  • Roster Hygiene: Update and manage the training enrollments for the Metro/Site, ensuring alignment with current headcount.



  • User Support: Provide first-tier troubleshooting for basic user access issues and learning plan assignments.




3. Deployment & Logistics


  • Operational Mapping: Align Global training programs with the local site's status and product availability facilitating program / course rollout locally.



  • SME Liaison: Coordinate with local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure instructor availability for OJT/ILT sessions.




4. Onboarding Support


  • New Employee Onboarding Flow: Facilitate the logistics of the new hire training experience to ensure a frictionless transition.



  • Efficiency Tracking: Monitor the Mean Time to Onboard (MTTO) and report on local blockers preventing timely completion.




5. Feedback & Quality Assurance


  • Feedback Loop: Aggregates feedback from technicians regarding training content clarity and technical accuracy.



  • Content Documentation: Identify and document curriculum bugs or errors; submit Content Change Requests (CCRs) to the Global Curriculum team for resolution.




6. Issue Resolution


  • Incident Triage: Field and resolve site-level training hurdles (broken links, permission errors, or scheduling conflicts) to prevent training downtime.

  • This position is execution-focused, supporting local data-center training operations.
  • These hires are considered critical frontline support for the training organization.
  • Core Purpose of the Role
  • To act as the first line of defense for all training-related questions, issues, and operational needs at the data-center level. This role sits between global curriculum teams and local technicians, ensuring training programs are executed smoothly.

    Primary Responsibilities (Manager's Emphasis)
    1. Frontline Training Support

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for technician questions.
  • Triage training issues before they escalate to global teams.
  • Resolve basic blockers quickly (access issues, scheduling conflicts, broken links, etc.).
  • 2. Execution Layer for Training Programs
  • Dexian is constantly rolling out new technologies and new training programs.
  • This role ensures local execution, alignment, and readiness for each rollout.
  • Acts as the operational bridge between global curriculum and local site needs.
  • 3. Analytics & Reporting
  • Must be comfortable working across multiple analytics tools.
  • Much of their current work is manual, especially in spreadsheets.
  • Dexian is transitioning toward more agentic / AI-driven internal customized tools, so adaptability is key.

    • Maintain dashboards or heat maps
    • Validate training data accuracy
    • Produce weekly training health reports


  • 4. Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work closely with:

    • Global curriculum teams
    • Local SMEs
    • Site leadership


  • Ensure training schedules, instructor availability, and onboarding flows are aligned
