Overview
Our healthcare client is looking for a UX/UI Designer (forms and dashboards). This UX/UI end-to-end Designer role is integral to program focused on building a new, ground-up leave of absence solution. The position requires a designer with 5-10 years of experience to address a significant design capacity need, particularly in visual and interactive design. The successful talent will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from understanding user personas and sketching initial concepts to creating detailed visual designs, workflows, dashboards, and clickable prototypes. This role is essential for ensuring that software engineers have well-groomed designs ready for rapid development, directly impacting the program's ability to meet aggressive timelines and achieve significant cost savings.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end design process for features within a new leave of absence solution.
* Understand user personas and business requirements to inform design decisions.
* Develop initial design sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
* Create interactive and clickable prototypes using Figma.
* Design complex workflows, dashboards, data visualizations, and intricate forms/questionnaires.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
* Incorporate feedback rapidly and iterate on designs within short sprint cycles.
* Present design concepts and rationale to business stakeholders.
* Contribute to and maintain a component library. Qualifications:
* 6-10 years of experience as a Visual Designer or Interactive Designer.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects, including workflows, dashboards, data visualization, and interactive prototypes.
* Expert proficiency in Figma.
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for code repositories and user stories.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with tight deadlines.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to listen actively and incorporate diverse perspectives.
* Knowledge of development/coding concepts is a plus.
* Experience in the healthcare industry is a bonus, but not required if strong UX skills are demonstrated. #LI-ES1
