Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming complex information into engaging, accessible, and effective learning strategies, directly contributing to the professional journey of countless individuals and the overall success of our mission.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct thorough gap and needs analyses to identify critical learning requirements.

* Design and recommend strategic learning approaches tailored to specific project and organizational needs.

* Contribute to the formulation of both short-term and long-term organizational learning strategies and initiatives.

* Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestone dates, managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle.

* Craft and implement sophisticated learning solutions that align seamlessly with business objectives and learner needs.

* Drive the delivery of leading-edge learning solutions, potentially exploring and integrating new technologies.

* Design and recommend effective measurement tools to assess the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions, communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

* Optimize resource utilization, ensuring high quality and effectiveness in all learning initiatives.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Minimum of two years of experience in instructional design, curriculum design, learning technologies, adult learning, or a related business field.

* Demonstrated ability to apply adult learning and design best practices to create engaging and effective learning resources.

* Proficiency with rapid development authoring tools and common office productivity software.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise articulation of complex ideas.

* Strong relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse business partners.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning and development, learning technologies, or a comparable field.

* Three or more years of experience in applying adult learning and design best practices.

* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learner Experience Platforms (LXP), Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), and Learning Record Stores (LRS).

* Knowledge of incorporating multimedia elements (audio, video, and graphics) into blended learning solutions.

* Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

* A keen eye for graphic design and user experience (UX) design principles.

* Experience in content development and technical writing.

* A proactive approach to continuous self-learning and exploring emerging trends in talent development.
