Position Summary Reporting directly to the Head of Capital Markets and Treasury, this position will play a pivotal role in building and refining portfolio-level financial models. You'll collaborate closely with project development and asset management teams, applying strong financial modeling expertise to support new markets and product offerings. This role supports capital markets transactions-including debt and tax equity-by working with banking partners, third-party stakeholders, and cross-functional internal teams. Responsibilities include financial modeling and analysis, due diligence, engagement with capital providers (debt, tax equity, and equity), and supporting execution of third-party financing transactions such as tax equity partnerships, project finance, and credit facilities. In addition, the role will incorporate treasury functions, including liquidity management, cash positioning, and short- and long-term cash flow forecasting to ensure effective capital planning and deployment across the portfolio. This position will be located at our Deriva Energy Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC.
