Job Title: Instructional Designer Job Location: Winchester, VA An Instructional Designer designs and develops learning materials and programs, creating content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee skills. Required Skill Sets: Expertise in e-learning tools Knowledge of adult learning theories and methodologies Strong visual design and content development skills Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness Due to limited seating, these positions are only available at our Winchester, VA and Pensacola, FL campuses.
