Position Summary The Director of Health and Safety supports the VP of EHSS and provides enterpriselevel leadership for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Carpenter Technology Corporation's Health and Safety strategy, programs, and performance targets. This role ensures full compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations while advancing a proactive, riskbased, and peoplecentered safety culture across the organization. Serving as the primary Health and Safety subject matter expert for the VP of EHSS, the Director partners closely with business leaders, site leadership, and EHSS professionals to embed safety into all aspects of operations and drive sustainable, longterm performance improvement.
