  What You'll Do:
  As a Senior Developer with expertise in Gen AI, you will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs) such as Llama, GPT, and others. Your work will directly support our mission to address complex business challenges through innovative AI solutions, utilizing your strong coding skills and deep understanding of NLP, deep learning, and cloud deployment.

  Required Skills:

  
  
  
  
  • Proven hands-on experience implementing Generative AI projects using open-source LLMs (Llama, GPT OSS, Gemma, Mistral) and proprietary APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
  • Expertise in fine-tuning Large Language Models like LLAMA2, GPT-4 for diverse tasks with custom datasets
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with extensive use of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, NLTK, and PyTorch
  • Experience with NLP techniques including word embeddings, topic modeling, and retrieval-augmented generation
  • Ability to build and deploy APIs using REST, FastAPI, or Flask, and familiarity with deploying models on platforms like Streamlit, HuggingFace, or Heroku
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and experience working within Agile environments
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
