Role Overview:

The Technology Delivery Manager supports business application usage, operational process consistency, and branch-level execution across Visterra's portfolio of companies. This role assists with documenting workflows, supporting system-related processes, coordinating user training, and helping teams adopt standardized ways of working during integrations and ongoing operations.This position partners closely with branch leadership, operations teams, IT, and corporate stakeholders to provide day-to-day support, maintain process documentation, and contribute to successful implementation and adoption of business applications across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing use of business applications across Visterra partner companies, including branch-level operational systems
  • Assist with documenting current workflows and helping translate business processes into standardized system and operational practices
  • Provide day-to-day support to branch teams by helping troubleshoot application, workflow, and process-related issues in partnership with IT and internal stakeholders
  • Support acquisition integrations by learning existing branch processes and assisting with application setup, user onboarding, and transition activities
  • Help develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures, process documentation, training materials, and other user resources
  • Assist in coordinating and delivering training to branch leaders and team members on application usage and related operational processes
  • Track implementation progress, support requests, and follow-up items while providing updates and identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Partner with operations, finance, IT, and branch leadership to support system adoption, process consistency, and overall operational effectiveness

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Landscape Management, or a related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in business applications support, systems administration, implementation support, operations support, or a related role
  • Experience supporting business applications in a multi-location or operationally driven environment preferred
  • Familiarity with operational workflows such as estimating, job costing, scheduling, billing, or service delivery processes is a plus
  • Exposure to systems such as Aspire or similar operational, ERP, or field service management platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and follow through on deliverables
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with branch leadership, field teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Willingness to travel regularly to support branch operations, training, and integration activities
