Office Principal Requisition Number: 2026-1830-03 S&ME is a 100% employee-owned civil engineering and consulting firm looking our next Office Principal to lead the Lexington, Kentucky office with a focus on operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead an established operation, shape strategy and the long-term success of a high performing office. About The Role: S&ME's Lexington office is an established and growing 40+ person operation with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, technicians, and administrative staff supporting geotechnical, construction materials testing, environmental, and transportation projects throughout Kentucky and surrounding states. The office has experienced steady growth in staff, workload, and key client relationships, positioning it well for continued expansion in both public and private markets. Lexington serves as a trusted partner on complex infrastructure and development projects while benefiting from collaboration across S&ME's broader regional footprint.
