Requisition ID# 172147 Job Category: Maintenance / Construction / Operations Job Level: Supervisor Business Unit: Strategy & Growth Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Santa Rosa Position Summary The Central Design & Estimating organization is responsible for Engineering, Design and Estimating of PG&E Electric Distribution systems. Candidates will lead engineering and design activities by ensuring standards are followed, adhering to the engineering and work prioritization/approval process, managing and controlling the scope of work, maintaining a focus on accuracy, design criteria and constructability while ensuring customer and regulatory expectations are met or exceeded. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing completion of maintenance tags, System Hardening project and large capacity work. Candidate will also be responsible for leading internal electric estimators in Daily operating reviews, Safety Training and in-person person meetings. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business need. The selected employee must live within PG&E's service territory. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors. A reasonable salary range is: Minimum Base Salary (Bay Area) $128,000.00 Mid Base Salary (Bay Area) $173,000.00 Maximum Base Salary (Bay Area) $218,000.00 This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
