As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a tech-focused location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and vendor access as directed by site procedures, and communicate professionally with residents and authorized personnel.
• Observe and report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations encountered during patrols, while supporting a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
