As a Business Analyst, you will focus on developing AI solutions and impactful reports that drive decisions. Independently manage enterprise projects, transforming complex data into compelling business intelligence. Translate stakeholder requirements into AI-powered systems and actionable insights. What this job involves:

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards using Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, and Power Apps.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data visualizations
  • Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights that support strategic decision-making

Technical Development

  • Write and optimize scripts using Alteryx, SQL, and Python for data transformation and automation
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows in Databricks environment
  • Develop automated solutions to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement scalable data solutions

AI Integration & Innovation

  • Lead AI-focused initiatives that directly support RFP requirements and client objectives
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML capabilities for enhanced analytics and automation
  • Develop and implement AI-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and best practices relevant to business intelligence

Collaboration

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests and provide timely responses to data inquiries
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and reporting standards
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of business analysis, data analytics, or report development experiencewith a proven track record delivering analytics solutions in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Advanced SQL proficiencyfor data extraction, analysis, manipulation, and validation across large datasets and complex data structures
  • Expert-level business intelligence expertiseusing Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms to transform data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Pythonfor scripting, automation, and data manipulation
  • Hands-on experience with ETL platforms(Alteryx or comparable tools) and working knowledge of big data platforms (Databricks or similar)
  • Practical AI/ML implementation experienceincluding exposure to generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and demonstrated ability to apply emerging AI capabilities creatively to business problems
  • Advanced Excel masteryincluding complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and VBA
  • Requirements management tool proficiency(Github, Bitbucket, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint) and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilitieswith demonstrated capability to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions using logical, structured approaches
  • Self-directed leadershipwith proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams to meet critical deadlines

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced Python or R proficiencyfor data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling
  • AI agent development experienceusing frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar platforms, with strong knowledge of LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration patterns
  • Professional certificationsincluding CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
  • Enterprise transformation expertisewith 3+ years leading large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives in matrix organizations with distributed teams
  • Advanced BI platform masteryin Power BI, Tableau, or Looker beyond foundational proficiency
  • Experience with Claude AI, Smartsheet, and MS Power Appsfor workflow automation and intelligent solution development
  • Deep understanding of data governance and security best practicesin enterprise environments
  • Proven Agile/Scrum methodology experiencesupporting iterative development and delivery
  • Large enterprise account support backgroundwith exposure to complex organizational dynamics
  • Commercial real estate or corporate services industry knowledgeproviding context for business requirements and solution design

Estimated compensation for this position:

100,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
