Part-Time | Dietary Aide / Food Server

Schedule: Schedules include working every other weekend and every other holiday

-Morning Shift

-6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (Full-time, 80 hours per two-week pay period)

-6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (Part-time, 48 hours per two-week pay period)

-Evening Shift

-3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. (Part-time, 32 hours per two-week pay period)

As a Server, you'll play an important role in enhancing residents' quality of life through attentive service, genuine hospitality, and meaningful daily interactions. You'll work as part of a supportive team to ensure meals are served accurately and thoughtfully while building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers. -Provide a welcoming and positive dining experience for residents by serving meals with warmth and professionalism

-Ensure meals are served accurately according to diet cards, menus, and resident dietary needs

-Clear dishes and maintain a clean, organized dining and service environment

-Support overall nutrition services operations, including setup, cleanup, dish washing, and related duties as assigned

-Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members while modeling excellent customer service

Minimum Qualifications

-Previous serving or food service experience preferred, but not required

-Experience in senior living or hospitality settings is a plus

-Ability to read English and accurately follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

-Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team

-Commitment to providing respectful, person-centered service

-Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying trays
