Schedule: Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts:

-7:00am - 3:00pm (Part-time)

-11:00pm - 7:00am (Full Time)

*Same Day Pay Available*

-Provide hands-on care and support to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

-Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

-Safely transfer and reposition residents using appropriate techniques and equipment (gait belts, mechanical lifts, etc.)

-Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff in a timely manner

-Respond promptly to call lights, phone inquiries, and in-person requests

-Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times

-Promote a positive, calm, and supportive environment for residents, families, and team members

-Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, person-centered care delivery

Minimum Qualifications

-Previous caregiving experience

-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

-Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks

-Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others

-Awareness of and sensitivity to residents' cognitive, emotional, and physical needs

-Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service

-Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)

Preferred

-Experience working with residents in memory care
