Territory Sales Representative

Shield HealthCare is looking for a Territory Sales Representative in the Sacramento, CA area. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will focus on prospecting, business development, cold-calling and building long-term partnerships with your referral sources. Our Territory Sales Representatives are responsible for building strong relationships with all staff at hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities, and Social Services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and grow the profitability of assigned accounts and resolve customer service issues in accounts
• Plan and implement weekly sales activities and account sales strategies while maximizing revenue potential in key accounts
• Make minimum monthly sales calls and meet new business quotas
• Demonstrate products and services at in-services in key accounts and trade shows
• Present contracts in targeted accounts using corporate pricing strategies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of sales achievement
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven track record of developing new accounts
• Strong work ethic and coachable attitude
• Ability to sell a service, promote a product line and provide superior customer service
• Ability to navigate within a CRM tool and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and iOS devices

• Base Salary $70k - $90k plus Monthly Commission

The posted range for this position is $70-90k which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay withing the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

At the time of this posting, this position is eligible for commission not reflected in the posted range subject to the achievement of the plan.
