CTCT is looking for an empowered Senior Product Manager to lead our high-performance hardware solutions team where you will bridge the gap between complex engineering and real-world field applications to ensure our customers thrive in ever-changing environments.

Field Systems: The Trimble Field Systems segment provides solutions to increase precision and productivity in construction tasks by empowering stakeholders to collect accurate information and manage conditions with cutting-edge technology.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing GNSS receivers, Radios, and specialized hardware, directly influencing the productivity of heavy and compact construction sites and shaping the future of autonomous machine control.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Translate global CTCT strategy into a clear, theme-based product roadmap for GNSS and Radio components that enables next-generation system capabilities.

  • Spearhead Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives, engaging directly with operators and dealers to validate real-world problems and define user-centric requirements.

  • Own the complete hardware lifecycle, identifying and championing new opportunities while leading multi-discipline engineering teams from concept to launch.

  • Drive market research and competitive analysis to ensure our hardware remains the industry benchmark for precision and reliability.

  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and external suppliers to adopt innovative points of view and deliver high-quality, sellable solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Extensive professional experience in hardware product management or engineering within a global team environment.

  • Proven track record managing the full hardware development lifecycle, from initial strategy to end-of-life support.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate complex concepts and influence outcomes across different business units.

  • Deep understanding of customer needs with the ability to translate technical specs into market requirements aligned with business strategy.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to work independently on complex, high-impact projects.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with grade control systems, construction machine workflows, or automotive component development.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
