We are seeking aboard certified/eligible Neurologist for our newly expnaded Mid-Wilshire Neurology Clinic. As a skilled and compassionate clinician within our Faculty Practice Group's Community Neurology division, you will provide exceptional outpatient care while also working to streamline processes to maximize customer satisfaction. You will: Respect privacy and dignity of patients, family members, visitors and co-workers Promptly refill all prescription medications Collaborate with other physicians, staff, home health, nursing home, and residential staff Communicate with patients via patient portal and phone callsbetween appointments Participate in rotating neurology evening and weekend call schedule Coordinate care withreferringprovider, specialist or ancillary services Serve as role model for the profession and the organization Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality policies/procedures Ensure compliance with Department of Public Health, Joint Commission and other accreditation and regulatory agencies The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The target salary range for this position is 300,000-430,000 annual base salary. Quality incentives and productivity models will be determined by the medical director. Qualifications Requirements: * A MD or DO degree * ABPN Board certified or board eligible * California licensed or license eligible * DEA licensed * Experience with Epic Systems, preferred * A strong diagnostician with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, preferred * Highly skilled in professional practice, preferred Living in Mid Wilshire, Los Angeles Mid-Wilshire offers a dynamic blend of culture, convenience, and central access to all that Los Angeles has to offer.
