Job Title: Analyst-Program/Project 1 Location: Ventura, CA 93004 Duration: 18 Months Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Workdays: Monday - Friday Job Responsibilities: Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures. Required Skills/Attributes: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred. Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions. Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records. Proficiency with basic computer and office software, and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
