Job Title Cross-Product Transition Management Corporate Title Assistant Vice President Location New York, NY Overview The AVP, Cross-Product Transition Management role is responsible for onboarding and implementing strategically important client relationships across Cleared Over The Counter (OTC), Listed Derivatives and Workflow Solutions. Sitting at the center of the client transition process, the role partners closely with Sales, Product and infrastructure teams to deliver a controlled, well-coordinated and high-quality onboarding experience. Given the complexity of the client base and product set, the role requires strong stakeholder management, clear ownership of requirements and credible representation of the Bank with senior clients and internal stakeholders. The role sits within Transition Management and supports the onboarding of new and existing clients across multiple products, markets and jurisdictions, working closely with Sales, Product, Legal, Credit, Compliance, Technology, Client Services and Operations to coordinate implementation activity, oversee readiness to trade and support handover into business-as-usual coverage. You will manage a varied pipeline of onboarding activity for high-profile clients, maintain strong stakeholder communication and represent the function credibly in discussions with senior clients and internal stakeholders, with a clear focus on client experience, delivery discipline and clarity of requirements. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is $65,000 to $118,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
