You'll be joining the WETS Product Group's Process Critical Mechanical Engineering team. Wet Equipment and Technology Solutions is an exciting, rapidly evolving field as the semiconductor industry's dependence on wafer-level packaging solutions continues to grow with consumer needs such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and super-computing. The Process Critical team is responsible for some of the most critical hardware with the closest proximity to the wafer and largest impact on plating performance. Our team partners closely with process engineering and customer account teams to deliver world-class hardware solutions for our customers. As a Mechanical Engineer 4 in the WETS Product Group, you will contribute directly in the continuous improvement of plating cell hardware for wet plating process equipment on the Sabre and Sabre 3D products. Your work will support critical customer engagements, shaping mechanical designs that meet performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability goals. You will be responsible for independently developing robust mechanical solutions to complex problems including customer requested improvements, failure analysis, quality improvements. You will work closely with Systems, Process, Electrical, Controls, and Key Account Team partners. Your contributions will help reduce development and enable high quality, innovative products to reach customers on time. This is an execution focused role with meaningful ownership, where strong fundamentals and good engineering judgment make a visible impact on product success. What you'll do
