Within the Multi Asset Solutions (MAS) investing group, we seek to develop a first-in-class digital advice platform across 401(k), IRA, and brokerage accounts, to provide individuals with custom tailored investment strategies to meet their retirement objectives.

Role Overview: A leadership role responsible for the architectural vision, technical strategy, and delivery of mission-critical advisor platforms, with a focus on AI-native UI innovation.

Job Responsibilities



  • Lead the architectural design and evolution of the PWM Advisor and PM Engineering front-end ecosystems, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.
  • Drive the execution of complex, multi-quarter projects, managing technical debt and aligning engineering roadmaps with business priorities.
  • Mentor Associate and Analyst developers, establishing best practices for TypeScript architecture, component-driven development, and AI tool governance.
  • Act as a primary technical liaison for senior stakeholders in Product and Business, translating high-level requirements into robust technical specifications.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to transform internal platforms and maintain a competitive edge in Wealth Tech.
  • Oversee the stability of production environments, leading troubleshooting efforts for high-impact issues and optimizing the global deployment pipeline.
  • Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and Agentic UI features into the advisor desktop experience.


Basic Qualifications



  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.
  • Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and the Angular/React ecosystem (including Next.js or similar meta-frameworks).
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale, distributed front-end architectures in a corporate environment.
  • Deep understanding of web security, accessibility, and performance optimization for enterprise-grade applications.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Demonstrated experience building AI-native applications, including integrating LLM APIs, prompt engineering for UI, or developing RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) interfaces.
  • Deep knowledge of Equity Derivatives, Portfolio Management, or Private Wealth compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience architecting front-end solutions on cloud-native platforms (AWS) using serverless and edge computing patterns.
  • Experience managing small-to-medium sized engineering pods and driving Agile transformation
