Key Responsibilities:



  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary geotechnical team, overseeing daily operations, project delivery, safety, quality, financial performance, HR, and risk. Mentor and develop staff while fostering a collaborative, engaged culture.
  • Business Planning & Strategy: Partner with leadership to develop and execute annual business plans and support long-term growth strategies for the office and regional markets.
  • Project Management: Oversee geotechnical projects of varying complexity, including proposals and technical reports, ensuring quality, consistency, and coordination with senior technical leaders.
  • Business Development: Drive growth through client relationships and cross-selling services across Environmental, Geotechnical, and Construction Materials Testing.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company in professional organizations to enhance brand visibility and expand networks.



Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering, or a related construction field
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years managing and supporting geotechnical engineering projects
  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE)

  • Strong understanding of consulting within the A/E/C industry
