Overview This role is responsible for the delivery and scaled adoption of AIenabled software engineering capabilities across multiple teams, ensuring solutions are productiongrade and meet security, safety, reliability, and governance expectations. The role translates engineering and business needs into scalable solutions that operate effectively within enterprise constraints, including security, compliance, risk, and cost. It establishes measurement and continuous improvement practices using telemetry across delivery speed, quality, reliability, risk signals, and developer experience. The role builds lightweight operating mechanisms to keep work transparent, including roadmaps, decision logs, and clear adoption thresholds. It also defines exit criteria and deprecation plans to ensure sustainable, wellgoverned delivery over time. What We Offer You

Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the ____ office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
