Responsible for the marketing and public relations strategy for various product lines. Assists the marketing manager and director regarding physician practice marketing initiatives.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Take brand ownership and devise the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition.
  2. Develop annual marketing plan and tactics; translate brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.
  3. Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to support Physician Practices and Service Lines.
  4. Collaborate with agency partners to plan and execute communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.
  5. Ensure that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and manage expectations with various stakeholders.
  6. Keep up to date with market developments and analyzing consumer insights as well as competitor strategies.
  7. Collaborate with content team to develop social networking strategies i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter etc.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  9. Interact with physicians, employees and clients in a positive manner consistent with the mission and values of Northside Hospital.
  10. Develop a deep understanding of Northside Hospital's Service Lines and Practices.
  11. Contribute to maintaining a high-performance culture. Promote and foster a cohesive team environment.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

  1. 3-5 years of marketing experience
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  3. Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  4. Creative thinker and problem solver
  5. Strong communication skills
  6. Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  7. Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
