Overview SUMMARY The Vice President for Acquisition Strategy and Growth is an executive responsible for driving enterprise growth through the integration of strategic acquisition planning, market expansion, and disciplined execution across the business development lifecycle. This role aligns long-term growth strategies, including diversification, market targeting, and portfolio shaping, with oversight of acquisition support functions such as Business Development, Capture Management, and Proposal Development, including pricing. The VP translates corporate growth objectives into actionable strategies and executable pipelines, ensuring alignment between long-term strategic direction and revenue generation. This leader partners closely with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities that expand the organization's capabilities, customer base, and market presence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Growth & Portfolio Development * Develop and execute of enterprise growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Business Development & Pipeline Management * Develop and manage a qualified pipeline that supports both short-term revenue and long-term growth. Leadership & Organizational Management * Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development Department, including Capture and Proposal teams. Cross-Functional Integration * Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to align growth strategies with delivery capabilities. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred). WORK ENVIORNMENT Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. WORK AUTHORIZATION / SECURITY CLEARANCE DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
