Executive Administrative Assistant

Allied National Services

Allied National Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and enjoys supporting both people and business operations. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the organization



  • Maintain files and records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies



  • Support Directors and senior leadership with administrative tasks and special projects



  • Respond to and manage incoming mail, phone calls, and email inquiries



  • Prepare reports, scorecards, and basic data analysis using Excel and internal systems



  • Assist with internal inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits programs



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders



  • Support the development of presentations for senior leadership, including data and key insights



  • Assist with training programs, including scheduling, attendance tracking, onboarding preparation, and maintaining training materials



  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and efficiency



  • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed

Minimum Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment



  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)



  • Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and ask thoughtful questions



  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills



  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance
