Location: Middletown, VA 22645

Duration: 6 months

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM -Lunch Period: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Job Description:

  • Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s): Computer, Scanner, Shredder.
  • Computer software to be used: Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: 1-3 Years Admin experience or equivalent.
  • Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement: Microsoft Office.
  • Desired skills: Attention to Detail and experience using CRM type databases.
  • Duties/Responsibilities: Primarily working to digitize existing student/faculty paper records in the Early College Office, answering phones, and helping with event set-up help.
