Kingsway Senior Living is Belle Plaine is seeking an overnight Home Health Aide to join our team! We are looking for individuals who care and truly want to make a difference in our residents' lives. *Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or assisted living community is preferred*

***Home Health Aides are eligible for a sign on bonus up to $1,000 depending on hours/shift selected!**

Shifts:

• Full Time
• 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
• E/O Weekend Required w/holiday rotation

Pay:

• $15.61/hr - $19.64/hr (Starting pay based on relevant experience
• Evening & Overnight Shift Differentials ($1/hour every shift)
• Weekend Shift Differential ($1/hour for all shifts

Responsibilities and duties:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living
• Assisting residents with all personal and dental hygiene
• Preparing for and assisting residents with meal times
• Medication administration
• Interaction/activities with residents
• General clean up and laundry

Qualifications and skills:

• Compassionate, patient, and friendly demeanor
• Genuine interest in working with and caring for the elderly
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and their families
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player
