We're looking for a Senior Manager, Executive Presentations & Visual Design, Office of the CRO - someone with excellent design expertise, impressive conceptual abilities, and speedy production skills to deliver the best-in-class presentations and visual storytelling resources for our Chief Revenue Officer in a variety of contexts, including marquee customer-facing events - Dreamforce, Davos, TDX - etc, Board Presentations, major internal events like Company Kickoff and Townhalls / All Sales Calls, and other first and third party events. You'll work with our CRO, Sales Leadership team, and other top executives in developing impactful slides, visuals, and more that define industry-shaping moments, such as the launch of Agentforce. Accordingly, the ideal candidate will be a creative who works flexibly and at a rapid pace in an enterprise software business context, who can bridge a clear aesthetic vision, with storytelling and messaging expertise, flexibility to understand and align to the specific context of our various visual collateral needs that speak to specific and diverse stakeholder audiences. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can independently handle and manage the creative needs of our Global Sales business. You have the ability to both take a strategic view to manage day-to-day workflows and resources effectively. You possess a keen eye for both design and copy, with a strong digital background and exceptional conceptual skills. As the Creative Lead, you will develop a vision and ensure its alignment with both the CRO's preferences and the broader Salesforce brand standards and design system. You need to be able to whiteboard ideas, brainstorm innovations, and be comfortable working with exec leadership and their timelines, be an expert in time management, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and be experienced in building constructive and effective relationships. No two days are the same in an executive office, and this role will reflect that dynamism. Y ou'll be a member of our CRO Office and part of the Global Sales team, while also closely connected functionally to the Exec Comms and Corporate Messaging teams, who both play a critical and hands-on role in defining the narrative of Salesforce and our portfolio of products. The typical base salary range for this position is $143,400 - $216,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $172,200 - $236,700 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable. | |
