Customer Support Specialist - Tuition Assistance Help Desk
*Location:* Broomfield, CO (On-site training, then remote) *Pay:* $18/hr *Experience Level:* Entry Level About the Role Bright Horizons is seeking *Customer Support Specialists* to join our *EdAssist Tuition Assistance Help Desk*. This team supports employees of large companies as they navigate tuition benefits designed to help them reskill and grow through certificates and learning programs. You'll be the first point of contact for employees with questions about logging in, submitting documentation for payment, and understanding program policies. This role is highly detail-oriented, policy-driven, and requires strong communication skills to guide customers through processes that directly impact their education funding. Responsibilities * Provide phone-based support for tuition assistance inquiries * Audit documentation submissions and guide customers through corrections * Assist new users in understanding program policies and benefits * Navigate multiple systems (CRM, Outlook, online portals) with accuracy * Handle escalated or frustrated conversations with professionalism and empathy * Document interactions thoroughly to support process improvements Must-Have Skills * 1-2+ years of customer service or administrative experience * Ability to multitask across 1-3 systems simultaneously * Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence * Ability to handle escalated conversations with professionalism Nice-to-Have * Experience in college admissions or education-related roles * Previous college experience (Associates, Bachelors, etc.) * Experience in banking, healthcare administration, or claims handling Why Bright Horizons?
