Overview & Position Summary
This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers, managing online, phone, and digital inquiries while
supporting lead generation and sales conversion efforts. The role focuses on qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and p roviding
accurate, timely information to ensure a smooth handoff to on-site sales teams. The position collaborates closely with marketing, sales,
and operations teams to maintain consistent communication and enhance the overall customer experience. This role plays a key part in
driving qualified traffic to communities, supporting the sales pipeline, and representing the company as a knowledgeable professional.

Primary Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from phone calls, emails, chat, and website forms, providing
exceptional first impressions.
* Qualify leads based on buyer needs, lifestyle, and readiness, and schedule appointments with the appropriate on-site sales
associate.
* Maintain accurate lead and prospect records in CRM or lead management systems, tracking activity, follow-ups, and
conversion metrics.
* Provide clear, consistent information to prospective buyers regarding communities, homes, pricing, availability, timelines, and
next steps.
* Build and maintain rapport with prospective buyers, nurturing relationships until they are ready to move to the next stage of
the sales process.
* Collaborate with marketing, on-site sales teams, and other internal partners to ensure seamless communication, accurate
information, and a consistent customer experience.
* Support digital marketing and prospecting initiatives, including tracking lead trends, monitoring website and listing platforms,
and assisting with campaigns.
* Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development; provide guidance to junior team members as
needed.
* Assist in ad-hoc sales support tasks such as preparing marketing materials, supporting community events, and coordinating with
on-site teams for promotions or open houses.
* Perform periodic audit on information provided on website, MLS, and developer website to ensure accuracy.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Required:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or a similar field.

Experience working directly with customers in a fast-paced, communication-driven role.
Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience in online sales, digital lead management, or homebuilding-related customer engagement.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead management systems, and digital communication tools.
* Understanding of new home sales processes, construction timelines, and basic financing concepts.

Skills & Competencies
* Strong verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, and digital channels.
* Ability to qualify leads and manage high volumes of inquiries efficiently.
* Proficiency navigating CRM and lead management systems with a focus on data accuracy.
* Problem-solving skills using judgment, prior experience, and available resources.
* Ability to explain community details, product offerings, and process steps clearly to prospects.
* Skilled in time management and prioritizing competing inquiries.
* Customer-centric mindset with emphasis on responsiveness and professionalism.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with onsite sales and marketing teams.
* Adaptability to shifting lead volumes, system updates, and evolving processes.
* Ability to provide informal support to entry-level team members when appropriate.

Working Conditions
Work is performed primarily in a general office or remote-office environment with routine use of phone, computer, and digital communication systems. Occasional visits to community locations may be required to align with onsite teams. Work may involve variable scheduling to meet peak inquiry times, including limited weekends or evenings depending on business needs. Minimal travel may be required for meetings or training.

Physical Requirements
*Ability to sit for extended periods while handling online and phone inquiries.
*Ability to use computers, headsets, and digital communication tools continuously.
*Ability to lift and transport light materials such as marketing packets or laptops.
*Ability to move through model homes or community spaces during occasional onsite visits.
*Ability to work in both office and remote environments as needed.
