Financial Services Specialist, Collections

As a Financial Services Specialist, you will help manage Tesla's North American captive vehicle leasing, vehicle loan, and energy loan portfolio. Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, you will also collaborate with internal and external Tesla teams to service the portfolio.

The right person for this job will be detailed-oriented, extremely organized, and have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. A successful candidate will be ready to take on more responsibilities related to operational efficiency and project management. Communication skills are key in this role as you will be working with customers over the phone and via email daily.

• Proactively contact customers daily through outbound phone calls to collect payment
• Field inbound phone calls and emails to resolve overdue account issues and disputes
• Identify root causes and solutions for customer non-payment
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve cash application issues quickly
• Ability to navigate and manage workload using multiple systems
• Collaborate with Tesla teammates to solve customer issues and provide excellent customer service
• Meet or exceed team and individual KPIs

• 2+ years of professional work experience
• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or French a plus
• Prior experience in an administrative role or dealership
• Intermediate excel skills a plus (pivot tables, filters, vlookups)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (confident on the phone), strong attention to detail, solution
