Contact Center Representative - Family Leave Support Team *Fully Remote | Contract Role | COLORADO RESIDENCY REQUIRED*

This role supports helping individuals and families during some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives. As a Contact Center Representative, you'll provide compassionate, endtoend support to callers navigating family and medical leave. This is not a traditional, speeddriven call center role. Success here is defined by care, accuracy, and resolution-not how fast you get off the phone.
