Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Job Title: Program & Portfolio Management - Sr. Program Manager. Location: Reston, VA. Description: Purpose:
  • Manages end-to-end management of Digital Products from the initial kickoff to coordinating major launch milestones to maintaining and enhancing program performance over time.
  • Guides clients through key decisions, communicates and coordinates activities internally and across departments. Works on new needs for process and improvements and identifies and articulates internal client needs to the technology team.
Essential functions:
  • 35% Coordinates with internal client and internal teams to launch, maintain, and enhance digital products. Guides internal clients through key decisions and communicates and coordinates activities internally and across network of partners.
  • 20% Manages and updates Product Maturity, Issues/Action Items/Risks, Installation Checklist, and Value Delivery.
  • 20% Identifies and articulates new customer needs to the product team.
  • 10% Manages all aspects of implementation including ordering applicable equipment, overseeing installation, assisting with and supporting of account creation, managing communications, and reconciling inventory upon completion.
  • 10% Ensures and drives deliverables to completion per the implementation schedule.
  • 5% Conducts training for customers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems., Expert.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications., Expert.
  • Proficient in project planning and life cycle development., Expert.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal., Expert.
  • Ability to train and mentor others., Advanced.
Additional Skills:
  • Change Agent, SAFe, Product Management, Agile, Net Promoter Score, Customer Journey Mapping, Quantifying Value Metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree.
Education Level:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
Education Details:
  • Business Management or related field.
Experience:
  • 10 years' experience in a leadership role with 3 years in a product management capacity.
In Lieu of Education:
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
  • SAFe/Agile.
  • Product Management.
