Overview

BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking a Program / Project Management Analyst with 3+ years of experience to support the NavTEC Integrated Product Team, at Naval Base Ventura County Naval Air Station Point Mugu California. Salary

The typical annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 USD to $65,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.



Responsibilities

    Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of NavTEC projects
  • Analyzes departmental budgets, and schedules
  • Performs business case analyses
  • Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to NavTEC projects and programs
  • Coordinates team meetings, manages calendars for senior staff, organizes events, and arranges travel
  • Manages the analytical and research activities supporting the organization's strategic short term and long range goal planning functions
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management
  • 4/5/9 Compressed Work Schedule applies where alternate Fridays are not a part of the normal workweek


Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience performing duties listed in the Functional Description
  • Experience working with senior government employees and senior contractor program managers, and technical leads
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential
  • Ability to motivate staff, delegate tasks, and solve problems

EDUCATION

Degree: BS or BA degree in Business Management or a relevant technical discipline

Allowable Substitution: An additional 6 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, or 4 additional years of work experience with a relevant associate degree. Between 3 and 10 years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description.

CLEARANCE

Condition of Employment: Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Clearance. The applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

CITIZENSHIP

The applicant must have US citizenship at the time of application.
